CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES
We require valid Credit Card information to be kept on file in order to book appointments and will charge the following fees if necessary:

LATE CANCEL (Within 24 hours of your appointment.)
 
We will charge HALF the cost of your scheduled services.
 

NO SHOW: 

 
We will charge the FULL cost of your scheduled services.
  • ​​Fees are based off a single session cost without discounts.
  • We will require CC information and will charge your CC on file even if you were to pay using a coupon, Gift Card, or package.
  • If you No Show and have a float or skincare package, we will redeem one of your services instead of charging your CC.
  • Please be aware that if you're booking for multiple people under one name, charges are made to the CC on the account that the services are booked under.
  • Please be sure to call 413-586-8086 to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Leave a message if we cannot answer or if it is outside of our business hours.

​​Euphoria Float Spa is a small business with two flotation tanks. Float sessions range from one to three hours in length, and after accounting for a thorough cleaning between floats, we can only offer so many sessions in a single day. ​Late cancelling or not showing to a float appointment not only affects our business, but it takes away opportunities from other clients who would like to benefit from Flotation Therapy.

Our Aestheticians work by appointment only, coming to work specifically for scheduled appointments. Out of respect for their time and availability, our policy applies to Skincare appointments as well.

We honor your time by reserving time and space specifically for you. We ask that you respectfully cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
